Seemed very clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. Location is perfect for activities at the fairgrounds. The room had a tv, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. There was an ice machine available. All rooms are on ground level. There's a restaurant right next door.

The woman at the desk looked us in the and was genuinely welcoming. She gave us a room larger than the one we had booked. We arrived late and she said the nicer room would go to waste if we didn’t use it. Okay, she was thoughtful, too.

Room super clean!! Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Blue Ribbon diner right next door with good food and gas station right next door. Was up for family emergency from Tennessee and staff bent over backwards being helpful!!!

Location and parking right outside of the room. That it has a microwave and mini fridge.

Nice bright, clean room. Good location right off the highway. Gas station and diner right next door, so very convenient. Gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful.

Not the Ritz, but nice, clean, staff great, microwave,fridge and comfy bed. Reminds me of the old days when you stopped at family owned motels. Enjoyed my stay.

Room was very large, clean & beds appeared brand new. Had fridge & microwave, new bathtub unit. Liked the comfortable upholstered chair with ottoman, just wasn't placed well.

The location was close to the turnpike and Wauseon had a lot of the amenities needed. The room was comfortable for the price difference within the surrounding area. I was on a job and I just needed a place to sleep. I would stay there again for the value. They are very kind and are always offering to help if there are any problems. If you are looking for a Palace and a pool. This is not for you. It's a nice place to stay and sleep.
